US Consumer Confidence Falls, Lowest Since February – CNBC

Posted: July 27, 2010 in Marketing and Customer Portfolios

Well, I think most of us are not surprised by that fall, it is expected with the poor signs of recovery especially in the areas that hit consumers directly such as housing and job sectors. We’ll have to wait for the GDP data to be released at the end of the week and we’ll forecast what to expect for the end of the year and for the years coming.

Businesses have to consider this index on how it is impacting their demand and future market share and growth to make wise decisions and redefine their strategy and balance their customer portfolio.

We have to deliver great expectations to our customers and keep the optimism up!
