Reinvigorating brands

Posted: August 11, 2010 in Marketing and Customer Portfolios

I had my breakfast in advance, well, kind of. I caught an article about what factors to consider in order to reinvigorate old brands.

The point here is that Brands are one of the most important assets for companies, and they need to be managed strategically and be measured, monitored, and project their performance in the market and in the overall industry.

The bottom line is that Brands have to be the holistic connection between your company and your customers and be a dynamic  source of profits. As well as you have your product portfolio, your customer portfolio you have to design your brand portfolio. The art or science is how to analyze them into different scenarios and that will depend on your ability to gather, analyze data and information and transforming it into knowledge for making wise strategic decisions.

Let me know what your strategic approach for Brands is.

Success.
