Excellence in Action

Tom Peters pointed out eight basics for excellence, which can guide a manager to practice management excellence. I really stick with the first basic: Bias for Action.

There is no way that an organization can succeed without having managers who search for excellence and execute operations with excellence (Action). Managers are accountable for leading and improving organizational excellence at the time that inspire their team members to deliver excellence in their operations (Action).
